Welcome to Humphreys Avenue Elementary. It was built 1921-1922 and opened its door in 1923. This extraordinary institution is the heart of East Los Angeles. The legacy of Humphreys is rooted in the Ready for the World mantra that embodies productive citizens that are compassionate, confident, and socially conscious.
